Gordon Muir, 62
Founder and CEO of AMERICAN METALS RECYCLING AND RECONVERY, Inc., Mr. Muir has been an independent investor and business owner since 1983. He attended the University of British Columbia, ranked in the top 40 in the world, where he studied for his MBA. He was the founder of Navmaster Technologies, a company credited with developing the first GPS charting systems for the marine industry, that relied on optical imaging rather than computers. He served as the CEO/Chairman of AlphaTrade.com, a company he co-founded in 1999 and took public the same year. AlphaTrade grew into a multimillion dollar company with a market cap of more than 300 million, and ranked in the top 1% of internet sites in the world. Mr. Muir has over 30 years' experience in senior level management, and with public companies in a variety of businesses, mainly in the computer and industrial recycling industries.

Bob Kirk, 57
Vice President of Finance has been a successful Capital Markets Executive since 1983. Dr. Kirk attended Ohio State University on an Honors Program Pre-Medical Curriculum, with a major in Genetics, and later graduated from the Ohio State University College Of Optometry. Kirk was the founder of Continental Financial Network and its subsidiaries from1987 to 2000- where he lead the Investment Banking agenda-raising over 400M in private and public offerings- many of which were firsts to market. Several notable "rollups" such as Sterling Healthcare, Network Long Distance, Laboratory Specialists of American, Eagle Supply Group, were among the successful transactions with growth from 5x to 20x in top line revenues. Kirk's Vision led the firm to be first to China in 1992 with many very profitable transactions for its corporate and individual clients. In 2010, Kirk graduated from California Southern University College of Law. Recent activities include roles as VP of Finance for American Environmental Energy, R Squared Private Equity Fund, CFO of Voila Auto Finance and numerous private clients.

Bret Boster, 56
Director and consultant for North American Operations, Mr. Boster is a Mineral Processing Engineer from the Montana College of Mineral Science and Technology. He has over twenty years' experience in the mining industry, and is the current country manager of Argentina for Pan American Silver Corp. He has managed mines in Central and South America (Honduras and Chile) as well as in the US. He has a wealth of expertise in large plant startup, production supervision, process flow sheet development and precious metals plant management of several 100+ million dollar projects.

Robert Nickolas (Nick) Jones, 35
Mr. Nickolas received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Brigham Young University in 2002, before attending Delta Connections Academy to become a professional airline pilot. After working as a pilot for Mesa Airlines, in 2007 Nick began working as an accounting consultant for J&J Consultants, LLC, in Farmington, Utah. During his time at J&J Consultants, Nick has provided accounting services for various private and public companies, as well as the SEC Edgarizing services for public companies. Nick is also currently serving as the CFO of AD Systems, Inc. Mr. Nickolas lives in Clearfield, Utah, and is working towards his Master's Degree in Accounting at Weber State University.
